I was happy with the room, the bed, the cleanliness, and especially the staff. There was an amazing receptionist who was alone handling 10 customers at a time. This should not happen if the manager cares about employees.
She worked with tens of customers at a time all evening... till late at night. I came several times back to buy food and items from the convenience store and she was juggling the check in and check outs, plus the food items and phone calls about the shuttle. She did great, and was king and nice to all - but this type of staff exploitation is not OK. Not for the income and revenue the hotel makes....
