Lovely room clean rooms everything you need and In a great location, staff were very helpful. Across road you could entrance to the palace , and shops bars all close by

Absolutely loved it here, beautiful rooms and excellent location. Rooms are all high spec and newly refurbished. Would def recommend and will definitely be back!

My friend and I stayed a couple of nights at this fantastic hotel and what a find it was! Very helpful and friendly staff. Many lovely little extras in the room and a free hot drinks machine in the reception area - the hot chocolate is quite addictive. The room was so clean with a very comfortable bed and beautifully decorated. This is a grand old building with a nice atmosphere about it. We were on the second floor and the lovely Taylor offered help with our cases as there is no lift but we managed ok. Great location to visit the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel and Linlithgow Palace is well worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in the master studio. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and facilities. Shower powerful with plenty of hot water. Full size fridge with a pint of fresh milk waiting for us. Super king size bed. Lovely views out on to the square. Free parking and a lovely big coffee machine in the hall with choice of free coffees, a lovely touch. Plenty of lovely places to eat nearby. Will definitely be back. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic place to stay - clean apartment, easy and free parking (would highly advise to read emails as guidance is provided prior to the arrival), we met the owner - what a gentleman. They even have coffee machine in the lobby area! Would highly recommend to anyone - will be back for sure.
