Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questo boutique hotel. Esperienza eccezionale, ubicato sull’isola di Lindau; tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, la camera comfort spaziosa e ammobiliata con gusto; la colazione è ottima. Staff molto cordiale e professionale. Cosigliatissimo!!

The Hotel ist located in a very old building. The unique rooms include many historic details like walls, wood, floors, windows. However renovated this building did it very carefully and with respect of the past. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean, everything is working and properly maintained. Truly an amazing place to spend some time in Lindau.

We stayed 3 nights during our family trip. We had two units: room 1 in the main hotel; and then also the Adara am See which is a separate apartment about 100m walk away in a separate building. Adara am See overlooks the lake on the top level of an apartment, itself a split level with a loft. All the furnishing and tiling everything are top grade. You can feel the luxury oozing from the apartment units. Tastefully decorated. Room 1 is on first storey of the main hotel and overlooks the fountain of Alter Schulplatz. Likes how the designer reconstructed the whole hotel with the ancient beams all preserved to add to the feel of the hotel cosiness. Apparently they spent 6 years re-building the structure. Service is commendable. All the staff made every effort to ensure our comfort level all met.

I am not kidding when I say , this is without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in ! Firstly the website has a wonderful 3D section so you can really get a good impression of the hotel. There are also direction videos to local parking and to the hotel;. The hotel itself is so well decorated and really in a class of its own, it feels so very special and is really clean. The Bathroom wow underfloor heating what a treat that was. They have a special lighting and electric system working from your key, the best advice was that you cannot break anything , so without worry you can try everything out and understand the system very quickly. The bed so comfortable, I wish we could have taken it with us ! TV very high quality with a lot of extras. Plus IPad in room so you can check out , google, You tube the hotel or anything really . Plus you can get more info about the hotel. In addtion Bath robes are provided, along with fantastic tolietries and a great Mini bar which is part of the price. The reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. . Breakfast was outstanding. A great selection, of meats, cheese and eggs. Plus so many other treats available. Staff were really lovely and so helpful. Parking near by is more expensive , but if you wish you can just drop bags off and then go to the much cheaper Car park which is around 15 mins away by foot. All of the information about parking is given to you before you arrive. Without doubt we will be visiting again. Really good value for money .

Excellence hotel. Amazing room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Very kind personnel. Located in the best area of Lindau, not far from railway station. After de 6 pm no personnel in reception but the sistem to enter into the hotel is easy.

The hotel had its highlights, especially the breakfast. Fresh fruit, yoghurts, a variety of cheeses, and delicious bread, along with the option to order freshly made eggs, made the mornings a real treat. The lady serving breakfast was warm and welcoming, adding a lovely touch to the start of the day. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and trendy. Nice L’occitaine toiletries in room. However, the overall service left much to be desired. Check-in was strictly at 3 pm, and when we arrived at 1 pm, we were told ‘you are early’ and we were left waiting in an empty reception for 15 minutes, surrounded by unattended luggage. Despite being early, the hotel could have been more accommodating by either allowing an earlier check-in or securely storing our luggage, which was left in an unmanned area despite us asking for it to be put somewhere safe. It felt like an early sign that the service wasn’t up to the standard we expected. There were other inconveniences, too. You are required to specify a time for breakfast, which felt restrictive. The rooms were incredibly hot with no air conditioning, and the curtains did a poor job of keeping out the light, making it difficult to sleep. The WiFi was weak and unreliable, barely suitable for streaming or working. On top of that, the free water in the room was sparkling, with no option for still. Lights are ridiculously complicated and you have a tablet in the room for requests and instructions except the WiFi isn’t strong enough for you to use it. In summary, while the hotel shines in areas like breakfast and room cleanliness, the lack of attention to customer service fell short of expectations. For a stay in such a beautiful area like Lake Constance, we expected more from the service.
