Staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Gave a great recommendation where to eat - tried my first Texas Twinkie.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and never once did room service come and get the trash from our rooms. Nor did they change the sheets or give us new towels. We had the Do Not Disturb sign up but once on the first day. After that we didn’t have it up. When we told the staff how we were dissatisfied they said they were sorry. We used the gym everyday and it wasn’t maintained well. They never refilled the towels or the cups for the water machine. The equipment wasn’t wiped down. The build was clean and seemed nice but we were deeply disappointed with the service.

Feels relatively new. Friendly, attentive staff. Nice breakfast. Good coffee! Quiet room. Very clean!

I have stayed here a couple times. The hotel is nice and in a nice and quiet part of town with easy access to local dining and shops. Vicki the manager is very nice.

Modern hotel rooms, good design, everything works, hot water, good breakfast. Great place to stay.

We have stayed here twice and find the rooms clean, comfortable, roomy, and great for a room away from home. The staff has always been very friendly and courteous. The availability of breakfast is a plus to get a good start on the day. Will likely stay here again

Staff was great. I actually left an item there and they called me to ask if they could ship it to me. Really friendly. They will get my business in the future.

Great staff, decent breakfast, good bar... Thin walls. I didn't sleep well due to the person in the next room snoring extremely loudly. And movement in the hallways. For a new hotel, it sure seems like they skimped on wall construction. I'd try it again, but ask to be next to stairs elevator or ice room.

Staff is great and the best room I have ever stayed the night in , nice and clean , great place to stay!!
