Upon arrival we checked in , walked into our room and it was a used dirty room that had not be cleaned was completely trashed. We then went to the front desk and they explained that they no longer had any of the rooms we reserved were clean and we had to get a smaller room with no compensation. The second room had a weird smell and the bedding had crumbs under the comforter . The shower was as not properly cleaned and all “complimentary” soap were used and messy . We had a 3 day two night stay and room service did not come once. Our experience here was far from 4 star that it is rated on this app. We will not be back to stay here.

Just in town for a overnight. Stayed here before and would again. Location is great easy to walk to food and stuff. Room wasnt as clean as it could of been but not a big deal. Air conditioner/heater was very loud.
Check out at 11am but house keeping was letting them selfs in at 9:15 good thing i got to the door in time. All in all pretty good spot would/will stay again.

No housekeeping during our first day there, did not replace in-room coffee either. Otherwise, a cute, interesting hotel in a good central location. Desk staff were cheerful and helpful.

Fun hotel! We seek out Graduate Hotels.
Just a couple of issues. Only instant coffee in the room was disappointing. Husband had trouble shaving because there was no stopper in bathroom sink.
Not sure why there is an extra fee added to room charge when no extra amenities.

It's a nice, funky hotel, pretty decent, maybe slightly tired look. Good value for the money. We came there because they have free Tesla chargers. Be warned: there is only 2 chargers and there is more and more Teslas around.
