A wonderful 3 night stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely comfortable room and super comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Would be very happy to recommend a stay there and would be very happy to go back there if we visit Lincoln again. Thank you Deborah and Gordon.

One of the best Guest Houses that we have ever stayed in. Debbie and Gordon were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful, amazing scenery and a fantastic breakfast. Lincoln was a short walk away. We would recommend it to anybody looking for a stay in Lincoln. Gerry and June ,

Homely feel to the guest house. Rooms well appointed with on suite, clean and comfortable . Good shower. Breakfast was excellent. Owners are very approachable and attentive. Location makes Lincoln very accessible. Great experience highly recommended.

Deborah and Gordon are the perfect hosts-friendly, accommodating and very thoughtful in ensuring our stay at “The Old Lodge Guest House” was exceedingly comfortable. Our room was spotlessly clean with top quality fittings, sumptuous towels and thoughtfully decorated with lovely little touches. The public spaces are just as well appointed. Breakfast is comprehensive, everything you would expect is on offer and is delicious! The guest house is a wonderful find, located on a quiet street that overlooks the delightful common and yet within walking distance of Lincoln Cathedral, Castle and shopping centre. There is also free, convenient off road parking.

I stayed here for a business trip at Lincoln University. It was a last minute booking but the hosts were welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, including generously catering for my gluten allergy! The room and ensuite were spotless, and I slept so deeply and soundly. Excellent full English and coffee at breakfast. But the real treat was the location. The South Commons are directly opposite and being able to stroll about at the start and end of the day was just magnificent. I highly recommend this brilliant home away from home!

We’ve recently spent 2 nights at this fabulous guest house . The host Donna and Gordon are amazing people so friendly and welcoming . The location is excellent. Rooms are spotless and the breakfast is excellent.would definitely stay here again

Very well presented guest house, very welcoming hosts. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean with a view over South Park. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh coffee an added perk. Free street parking available. We wanted to stay near to Sincil Bank stadium for an away day match, so the location was great. Easy walking distance to the stadium. If you’re visiting Lincoln for other sights a cab into the town centre was only £6 and a short walk for any attractions. This was our second visit to Lincoln and we will definitely choose this guest house again when we come back..
