Welcome to our cozy little bear cabin! NO PETS ALLOW It is located on the 12th hole of Cree Meadows Golf Course and great visitors (the deer). Our home is easily accessible (no chains necessary) and plenty of parking.The home has been updated with new hardwood flooring, refrigerated air, and all new fluffy linens, comforters, and kitchen utensils and supplies. We offer local internet, cable TV with 3 flatscreen TV's. The deer and elk regularly cross our property so you can enjoy the visitors on our large open deck with BBQ grill and ample seating area, mountain top view from the wonderful hot tub.Shopping in Ruidoso is in walking distance with excellent shops, wine tasting, and sweet goodies as well. We are also only 5 mile away from the Inn of The Mountain Gods resort and casino and Ruidoso Downs Race Track which offers full buffet. Bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed, 27' flat screen Smart TV, closet for storage, dresser, night stand and bedding. Bedroom 2 includes a queen size bed, 35’ flat screen smart TV, small dresser, and closet. Both bedrooms have great windows with views.LR is exceptionally large with 42' flat screen smart TV, wood burning fireplace, ceiling fan, exterior door, a oversize sectional which holds a queen size pull out. A chalet-style home which sits at the end of a quiet lane with open canyon views, Midtown Hideaway can sleep as many as six people. Midtown Hideaway's main floor has an inviting great room with a fireplace, log style table and a fully equipped kitchen, & loft views. On site washer and dryer is available to guests.Midtown Hideaway is just a short walk or drive from the galleries, shops and eateries of Midtown Ruidoso. The cabin is located near Wingfield Park where the village offers different activities throughout the year. It is also in close proximity to many activities Ruidoso has to offer such as Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino (3 mi), Grindstone Lake (1.5 mi) to name a couple. The log-style furnishings of the primary bedroom give it a laid-back rustic vibe with a queen-size bed. The back bedroom door opens directly onto the deck with a view of the canyon. The second bedroom offers logy style twin bunk beds. Also, if needed two more people can sleep on the living room sofa bed.To access the cabin there are 6 steps to main entrance. Indoors there is1 flight of stairs to access the loft. The back deck has access through the master bedroom door or using the set of stairs from the outside. For guests safety, there are smoke alarms in living room, loft, and bedrooms. A carbon monoxide monitor is at the top of the stairs.
