Check in was smooth,Junior suit was spacious, large bathroom. The hotel has a large green area to walk around. The pool and gym was nice. It is about the service in restaurant. The serving people never come to you after receiving the order. In fact I have asked one of them whether they dont want their hotel to earn more business. My drinks were never replenished, they looked tired and never encouraged their customers to try some thing more.

Un viaje al pasado, espacio lleno de lujo y aristocracia de otrora que se puede vivir en el presente. Habitaciones amplias, ricamente decoradas en maderas finas, cama confortable y baño amplio. Un lugar rodeado de tranquilos espacios verdes que invitan a una caminata matutina antes de desayunar con muy buena atención de su personal. Salas de estar tranquilas y espacios comunes que permiten buen descanso. Comidas y bebidas bien preparadas. Personal atento y servicial. Para perderse en el tiempo !

This place is absolutely stunning, the only reason I was unable to give a five star rating is because of two pretty important issues. The hot water did not work the night we arrived, so I was unable to take a shower until the morning. And the tea kettle left in my room had someone’s left over tea from a previous day, this was quite disgusting. However, the place itself is clean, decent, and it really makes you feel like you are one of the aristocrats from the time this place was built. I was not impressed by the food. But would certainly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Great stay, if you want to stay north of Nairobi. Place has a unique colonial character, service is more reflective of times gone by. Food was great and well priced. Property is geared towards big events hosting so felt empty on many days and then suddenly full. Overall enjoyed it as a great sleeping pad for our north of Nairobi trips like hells gate national park, ziplining and ol pejete trips. Grounds were pretty, so you can enjoy a day or two in the property itself.

Non potete immaginare la bellezza e il fascino di un soggiorno in questo resort...una villa del secolo scorso..un pezzo di old england a pochi chilometri da Nairobi..solo 14 suite e un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale..per non parlare della cortesia e disponibiltà di tutti..soprattutto del Direttore..Mr. Petterson...gentile e professionale e capace di risolvere ogni problema...consiglio vivamente a tutti un soggiorno qui...che non dimenticherete..

We were here a second time to spend Christmas holidays and had an even better experience than before. The service by all the staff; notably Peter, Makena, Irene, Ascar, George, among others was exceptional! The hotel stepped in to support us with the baby when we had a medical emergency during our stay exemplifying great concern and willingness to go above and beyond to support the guests. The room 307 was spectacular and we wish we had more time to make enjoy it some more! The one thing that they can work on is heating up the pool- Limuru can be quite cold, and it would be great to enjoy the pool in that environment. Great food, kind people, amazingly spacious rooms... I would go back, again. Loved it!

The experience was great- room had lots of space, great ambience and the food was amazing. The service from the staff was equally good. A serene environment and great place to unwind, be in tune with nature and rejuvenate! Sovereign Suites is good for family getaways, business engagements and is very easy to access. We definitely took some very lovely pictures on the property and had a good experience during our stay. There is however room to adjust to be more child friendly- they did not have a kid's menu, or some activities for kids but the staff quickly adjusted to accommodate us, especially on meals.
