克里特馬里斯度假村(Creta Maris Resort)

Tämä hotelli yllätti tosi positiivisesti henkilökunnan ystävällisellä ja huomaavaisella palvelulla kaikkialla. Hotellilla oli useita ravintoloita mistä valita ja ruuat laadukkaita ja maistuvia. Lisäksi hotellin ohjatut aktiviteetit olivat huippuluokkaa varsinkin Jooga-, vesijumppa-, ja kehonharjoitustunnit. Tänne mennään uudestaan.

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay, the newly renovated hotel had everything you would want and more from an all inclusive experience. The staff were amazing and so friendly and hard working, the restaurants were fantastic, the facilities were great! Just a couple of minor points, it might be worth having more staff in the bar at night. The staff there were amazing they worked constantly hard and at speed but could do with more help to full fill all the orders. The Platia restaurant food was not to the standard of the other restaurants. If you want the discount from the spa due to your ******* VIP status make sure you ask for it upfront they won’t refund you or give it to you after booking (they did however offer an additional treatment as compensation which is nice). However these are really minor points, this hotel is truly fantastic and we will definitely be back!

It was one of our first holidays in Greece, we were not sure at the start to travel, but we decided to visit Greece with our 2 kids, We were really pleased to visit, the hotel, food, staff members, all the standard was very outstanding. We are pleased to have a 5-star holiday at Greece with good quality food.

We loved how the resort had character and wasn't a cookie-cutter, overly-modern resort. Pros: Calm and clear water at the beach - bring snorkel gear; spacious; very clean; very short walk to beach/bar street (not sure of name) where there are restaurants, bars, shops, beautiful views; friendly service; good drinks; good food with large variety (BBQ dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were our faves (pancakes were Amazing!) but we aren't too big on seafood); clean pools; cute cats roaming around Cons: Seating at beach is very close together but I guess they need that to accommodate all guests; pools kind of small and hard to get a chair by main pool; no swim-up bar; seemed understaffed at times at bars (long wait to order and long wait for drinks to come out) BUT staff was friendly; blowdryer in room is weak and need to hold down the "on" button the whole time it is in use; some bars open 'til 1am but all-inclusive ends at 12am so need to pay for drinks during that hour; the disco is only utilized on rainy days.

Good things first. Nice and beautiful resort. The sea and beach are excellent ,very good choice of restaurants and good food.good staff. Now worst part it is all inclusive resort where first time I saw wine from the tap. Poor quality wine and from tap you are disrespecting wine and it is not fresh. The whiskey low grade. Compared to other similar or better resorts the room tariffs are much higher.

We had a really great stay at the Creta Maris. Pros: 1. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and proactive. 2. The accommodation was clean and spacious. 3. There were multiple pools to choose from and we always found sun beds throughout the day - no need to race for a sunbed at the crack of dawn. 4.The beach was lovely with sand good enough to build sandcastles. Water was clear and warm. 5. The Waterpark was really great fun everyday. 6. Evening entertainment was enjoyable. 7. The food was aboslutely incredible. So much variety, with many different restaurants to choose from (the BBQ buffet was particularly good). All the food tasted really good, including the fruit and deserts on offer. 8. Rooms had good soundproofing so did not get woken up by neighbouring guests. Cons: 1. Not the hotels fault but it is a bit isolated. There is a small town within walking distance but this was more of a party town with lots of youngesters rather than family friendly. Highly recommend the Creta Maris

The rooms are old and terrible. Cleanliness was not good. There were tiny cockroaches in the room. The room was smelly and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The food at the resort was pathetic. Tasteless. Everything tasted like reheated plane food. It was a waste of money and I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

The resort should advertise as a family resort (not just family friendly). My husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon (we’re in our mid 30s) and we were a bit frazzled that we were perhaps one of 2 or 3 other couples on the resort. 98% of the guests here were families with small children. We came in with resort expectations - all of you can eat and drink, fun activities for adults and a variety of experiences to partake in. All but 2 restaurants are buffets and the drinks were half pours and half glasses. This is 100% a fabulous place for families with family fun, not young singles or couples looking to let loose a bit and enjoy themselves. There were also a lot of odd rules in place - like you couldn’t dine at the same restaurant within a week, you couldn’t wear flip flops to dinner (this is all I packed for a resort) and you couldn’t leave or hold your beach spot. Overall we had a nice trip, but probably wouldn’t go back while in Crete as a single person or couple. The sustainability efforts of the resort, however, are impressive !
