Amazing!!!

The most important things in this hotel, the employees , the best service, specialyyy the Lebanese NERMINE who did a lotttttt to us, specially to me, I was sick she came three times to check me with the nurse and take care about my health and she let me feel like I’m at home between my family, she is positive smiley and have an positive energy, she is amazing , with all our respect but if we will come here specially for NERMINE, we will come monthly

The minute you walk into this hotel you can feel the luxury this hotel offers. The room was just perfect and the food was fabulous! New steak house opening in May looked amazing. Pool areas all excellent and kids facilities were incredible. Buffet is one of the best I have been too with live cooking stations for your mains. Plenty of entertainment if you want it and the hotel also has Europe’s biggest resort ****** which was fab. We will definitely return.

We are in Cyprus specially in COD , best weather and best service , specially the assists ace from the charming guest relation nermine, she is the best employee we ever met , no words can describe how much she helps us since the day that we arrived. Thank you for letting us feel that we are in home. Recommend for all our friends specially to come here for you

First time visiting city of dreams ****** and I thoroughly enjoyed the service and cocktail options in the outdoor bar area - the mango, non alcoholic martini was dessert in a glass and our waitress was delightful. We went over to the main stage area to check out some of the entertainment and I loved loved the Andre Chris band. The sound was at perfect level and the vibe was just right for the atmosphere of the ******. Personally, I like to be entertained by beautiful sounding vocals and instruments, while at the same time being able to hear the person next to me. I caught some other performances, some of which included dancing, but they felt more “theatrical” and not really the vibe I prefer. All in all it was a fun first experience there !
