林索爾老城區豪宅

We were able to check in an hour earlier as our room was ready which was appreciated as we needed to get out of the sun. The hotel is location on a pedistrianised street, just a short walk from the water front promenade and the marina. The room was compact with a comfortable bed, bottles of water in the fridge and nice toiletries in the room including toothbrushes. There was also a celing fan and great airconditioning. We stayed here for one night before embarking our cruise from Limassol port.

foto molto belle ma... Arrivati abbiamo telefonato perchè non c'era nessuno. Ingresso bellissimo scenografico. La signora ci ha aperto e se ne è subito andata. La camera era piccolissima, difficile muoversi in 2. Nelle foto c'era un antibagno enorme. Ho telefonato per lamentarmi e mi han detto che la camera standard è solo quella. Peccato che non risulti dalle foto di Booking. C'è la cassaforte ma non la chiave. Aperto il 'balcone' sorpresa: uno stretto ballatoio comune con altre stanze vista muro! Una tristezza!!! Non avrei mai prenotato una stanza con ballatoio. Cigliegina sulla torta, ultima notte non c'era la luce... Abbiamo chiamato ma non ci hanno risposto. Abbiamo capito il giorno dopo che era stato a causa dei lavori, il quartiere è un cantiere unico... Andate altrove!

The hotel phoned and cancelled our booking at 10.20am on the morning of check in. The reason given was that a guest had broken the “toilet cabin” and they need 2 days to fix it. I’m not sure what a guest could do that would take so long to repair! I was advised to send an e-mail to the manager as he would not take a telephone call. This was a prepaid booking directly with the hotel. No offer to help find an alternative hotel was offered and we were unable to find a hotel that wasn’t double the price at such late notice.

Location is superb. Front desk staff especially Cali were super helpful. Rooms are clean tidy and spacious. Plenty of space for clothes. Mirrors are really useful too. A few comments we made are the shower had a leak through the seal onto the floor, bath may took car of it and the plug for TV didn't work. Not that Cypriot TV is worth watching Plesent stay and would recommend easily to anyone

Beautiful hotel, fabulously comfortable bed, great shower, stylish and unusual frosted glass bathroom pods, and a great location not far from the restaurants of the Old Town. But a big downside was the noisy building site right opposite our room. This has clearly caused problems, as our window was blanked off with acoustic insulation, so the only way we could look outside or get any daylight was to open the window. Obviously this is not going to be a problem forever, and the hotel can't do anything about the building site, but it felt very claustrophobic and did spoil our stay.

Very clean and lovely rooms. Very spacious and great location. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly too. We even liked the special touch of ear plugs next to the bed. The rooms were not cold during this winter season and was all very well decorated and chic
