勒嘎納朗塞斯頓假日公園飯店(Launceston Holiday Park Legana)

What a great little park! Friendly staff at reception, nice clean amenities and not too far from Launceston. (Ladies look for the cubicles with the huge shower heads - amazing showers!!) We found it very handy for sightseeing and was relatively easy getting into the city.

Friendly staff upon check-in. Looking from the outside, the cabin is old. But inside the kitchen is nicely renovated, new aircon and kettle. BUT it appears that heating does not have capacity to heat the cabin. We did check the remote control settings and heat was definitely coming out of the heater. It was still freezing cold thankfully they have enough spare blankets. Price is cheap so cannot complain.

Units a bit tired and could do with updating, comfortable clean and quiet , no wifi only at office area. Ideal for itinerate workers and if you just wanted a bed for the night .

Fantastic place to stay, the only suggestion we can make is maybe provide some more cooking utensils, using a metal egg flip in a non stick pan is not recommended. And possibly some new pillows. Minor complaints from a very happy visitor

Unit WAS not clean, eg opened the microwave to find remains of someone else’s meal. Shower door didn’t shut properly and the bottom of the glass was filthy,water all over floor, when showering. Approx 15 cm each side of bed. Fridge freezer was iced up and again dirty under the crisper drawer. No maintenance at all and the park itself was overgrown with ****s, blackberries. Would never stay there again or recommend it.

Staff great, cabin ageing but very comfortable, good place to stay 10 km from Launceston

Most of Park are permanents and it shows, looks like it was a great park once, getting tired now. Cabin was ok.

This park has a lot of trees to provide shade and has a nice a**osphere. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well presented. The sites are all grass and wide enough for a van and car. There is no store on site but the shopping centre is about 1.5km away on the highway. There is not much to do in or around the park but it is a good base from which to explore Launceston and surrounding areas.

Although the location is convenient to the city of Launceston, the provided appoin**ents were disappointing. Two burner cook top will only heat and will not boil water Two seater lounge springs have failed and one will almost end up at floor level No microwave bowls Bedding appears old Ants! No plug for the 'shower bath'
