司瑪瑪飯店

入住後 10 分鐘內，我們發現床上有臭蟲。我們被煤氣燈點燃並被告知那是沙子。如果我可以發布圖片，我會的，您可以自行決定圖片是否顯示臭蟲。我們被安排去一家新酒店的交通和更多的房間費用。更不用說這個地方已經很多年沒有裝修了。它看起來是一家“我愛露西”時代的豪華酒店。

我在這裡為歐洲、非洲和越南的混合同事舉辦了為期兩天的研討會。我其實很高興。工作人員都非常樂於助人且友好，讓我們感到賓至如歸。我的房間大小合適，乾淨舒適，空調運作良好。有些房間顯然有點小，所以如果這是一個問題，請提前檢查。我很喜歡這裡的食物，馬拉威湖的魚非常好吃。從我位於酒店前面的臥室看到的景色令人愉快。雖然景色是在主幹道對面，但仍然出奇的安靜。如果有機會，我肯定會再住在這裡。

不應該被認為是因為飯店很糟糕。服務令人不愉快 工作人員不稱職 沒有無線網路 非常髒，房間裡有很多灰塵 髒紙巾 天花板漏水 噪音太大 難以進入區域 不推薦給任何人

Save your money... The worst experience ever. The hotel was sticking, the carpet was very dirty. There was dust all over, dirty linen, dirty curtains. Horrible food, lack of diversified foods. Horrible sausages. Cockroaches in the dining area where food is served

Simama Hotel was terrible on multiple levels. The rooms including the carpet, linen and curtains were filthy. Requested a change of linen and it was worse. Discovered they did not even have a vacuum cleaner to deal with the dusty carpet. There were multiple occasions where our food was off, the meat was not fresh, I skipped meals because I did not want to risk food poisoning. We had cockroaches in the dinning area, on the tables, and what I believe were rodents in the ceiling. A health risk, emotional turmoil and certainly not worth your peace of mind. I must add though, the staff were friendly and did try their best to make our stay a little bearable, but it was clear that their hands were tied, they did not have the resources to improve the situation.
