拉珀格拉迪飯店(Hotel la Pergola)

Soggiorno di 4 giorni a fine giugno con mia figlia. Bell'hotel in ottima posizione, sia la spiaggia che il centro si raggiungono in 5/10 minuti a piedi. E' inserito in un bellissimo giardino, la piscina è curata e rilassante, con lettini comodi. Clientela perlopiù internazionale (almento nel periodo in cui c'eravamo noi). E' suddiviso in due edifici: l'hotel 4 stelle ristrutturato di recente con camere nuove e la dependance con camere un po' meno recenti ma pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è servita in una bella saletta che dà sul giardino. Personale alla reception gentile ed accogliente. E' presente un piccolo parco giochi per bambini.

E' inserito in un bellissimo giardino curato e rilassante, la piscina è stupenda, anch'essa curata e con comodi lettini e ombrelloni. Colazione varia servita in una bella sala che dà sul giardino. Personale alla reception gentile ed accogliente. E' presente un piccolo parco giochi per bambini. Vi ho soggiornato per 4 giorni con mia figlia di 11 anni e ci tornerei volentieri.

Hotel che nella sua semplicità per me è stato davvero fantastico. Ho apprezzato soprattutto: 1) una gentilezza veramente spontanea di tutti, anche nonostante fossi com mio figlio che è un bel peperino, 2) pulizia senza alcuna sbavatura, 3) la tranquillità della posizione nonostante la comodità al mare. Ho usufruito del ristorante e sono rimasto comunque soddisfatto,anche se ho mangiato solo una volta. Colazione forse un po’ meno abbondante come varietà rispetto alla media della categoria ma francamente era estate,e abbuffarsi al mattino non mi ispira. Ottima la disponibilità di biciclette, addio macchina. Piscina bella grande e non ghiacciata. La sdraio e ombrellone all’ufficio 19 sono perfetti,ci si arriva in 3 minuti. E aggiungiamoci anche le cameriere carine…. Ci tornerò presto.

Struttura di discreto livello qualità prezzo. Buoni i servizi a corredo quali piscina, ristorante, bicicletta e prenotazione ombrellone in spiaggia. Personale alla reception decisamente preparata e gentile. Colazione non eccezionale ma nella norma. Piccola nota da migliorare…un leggero odore proveniente dal bagno appena si entra nel proprio alloggio…che siano da rimodernare i servizi igienici?

The room was poorly decorated with cheap furniture and fixtures. The bathroom was for handicapped people which made it very uncomfortable to use for family with small children. The shower screen was broken and the water would overflood and create a puddle on the floor. The toilet was cracked and without a toilet set and sewage smell. Bad lighting and lack of privacy due to the big window at the bathroom. The room´s air-condition was very noisy and at it did not function. The swimming pool was small with not enough sun beds. The neighbour high buildings were very close to the pool creating lack of privacy. There was no balcony at our room despite the price we paid. The breakfast was very basic with lack of variety. The bread and cakes were old and hard. The eggs had a funky smell and the coffee was cold. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. There was an outdoor bar below our supposedly family room where drinks were served after 11pm. The guests are allowed to stay there and make noise until late . Therefore we could not fall asleep. We complained and asked if they could ask the guests to move inside so we could sleep. The staff with the hotel owner herself rejected promptly and reacted aggressively and arrogantly by replying "this is Italy". We suggested as an alternative to be moved to another room away from the bar area since we paid a premium price for the family room and just wanted to sleep. The owner rejected and said we would have to pay more which we didn't understand since there were alternative rooms available. We also suggested to be moved to another hotel but again offered to bear the cost ourselves The hotel owner was unapologetic, in an arrogant way never showing any sympathy or understanding for our well being. The situation escalated so that she called the police lying that we were threatening her. We ended running away for this horrible experience in the morning one day earlier and not being refunded this value.

We booked last minute and this hotel was wonderful. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a slightly larger room. Everything was nicely maintained and super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking on site. Easy walk to beach and town. Great, fresh breakfast. Internet was pretty good. Beach in July was crowded but well organized and clean. Town had nice shopping/dining district 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

We booked this last minute for a 3 night long weekend. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a slightly nicer room. Hotel is well maintained and spotless. Breakfast was very good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Short (10 minute) walk from downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Short walk to beach (you can reserve/rent an umbrella and chairs at the hotel lobby and claim them at the beach). Thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Ho alloggiato alla pergola due notti. La struttura si presenta molto bene, incastonata in un bel giardino e con spazi davvero ben curati. Forse il prato della piscina, davvero fantastica, meriterebbe qualche attenzione in più. Il personale non da 4 stelle ma da 5! Gentilissimo e preparatissimo. La camera spaziosa, il bagno ampio e un bellissimo terrazzino. Qualche difetto qua e là ma ero a fine stagione quindi ci sta che presenti i segni dell’alta stagione ormai alle spalle. Peccato l’assenza di un bollitore (sarebbe stato utile visto che alloggiavo con il piccolo di due mesi). Il mini bar purtroppo il vero neo della camera. A pagamento anche l’acqua, che era in lattina, con prezzi davvero tropo elevati a mio avviso. Anche la colazione purtroppo non adeguata ad un 4 stelle. Piuttosto povera e con neanche un prodotto artigianale. Nel complesso comunque un’ottima esperienza.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel La Pergola Dependance durante la settimana di Ferragosto Noi eravamo nel palazzo 3 stelle (di fronte c'è il 4 stelle) , bella struttura, pulita anche se le camere con arredamento e pavimento un po' dadato. Cibo veramente ottimo dalla colazione alla cucina! Complimenti! Molto bella anche la piscina con idromassaggio! Pochi giorni ma molto buoni! Grazie dell'ospitalità Arianna
