We are delighted to welcome you to our adorable two-room apartment situated about 350mt from the beach and a few minutes from the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, which can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is located in a building with lift, a large fenced garden and shared swimming pools and it can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will find a spacious living room with a double sofa-bed, a modern bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer and microwave, a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation. To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv, intercom and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. Wifi access available upon request (paid service). Reserved parking lot included. One small pet is allowed: 40 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
