Modern residential complex, with a large green park with swimming pools for adults and children recently renovated, lifts, condominium parking closed with electric bar, limited number. The condominium is located in a quiet position, 150 metres from the beach and close to the main shops such as supermarkets, newsagents, tobacconists, bars, ice-cream parlours, pizzerias, restaurants; it is also about 400 metres from "Viale Centrale", along which you can reach in a few minutes the beautiful pedestrian street in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, where you can find some of the main shops and prestigious boutiques of the city.
Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out until 10:00
