"We (a choir from Germany) spent a week at Frankaborough Farm. The place is fantastic for everybody who wants to escape the busy city. The countryside is just lovely. You have a free view to Dartmoor. We experienced a most welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was so delicious and even very hungry people won‘t be able to empty the buffet. "We had Sycamore apartment for Christmas with family 10 of us in all and they kindly gave us another bedroom as 2 singles didn’t wish to share. We had a super time the apartment is very spacious and comfortable and not to precious.. We were given cake on arrival which was appreciated . It was lovely and warm with super bathrooms all very clean. We felt very relaxed.not-any serious negatives ,oven a bit of a challenge cooking Christmas dinner for 10. No downstairs loo and a few steps in most of the bedrooms not always easy to negotiate at night for the elderly among us. I personally found the level of lighting challenging but for most not a problem. All in all a super place to stay I would definitely recommend it to others."
