View is good. Hard to access w/o a car. Front desk can help book private car transfer from/to Milan, and boat tours. Service is disappointing. We’d like to have extra bottles of water to our room. But they can’t send to our room, instead we hv to go to restaurant ourselves to get one

The hotel and staff were amazing, we loved our stay at Filario. The only downside was powdered eggs for breakfast and if you wanted genuine eggs it was 8 euro per egg. If breakfast is not your thing or you don’t mind paying extra this was a beautiful experience.

Our Recent Stay My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The views were great! Just a tip...you need to reserve restaurant dinners several days in advance as they fill up quickly for local restaurants in the immediate area. The location of this hotel is not far from Bellagio but the ferry to Lezzeno ends earlier than other ferries so you need to plan accordingly or drive to Bellagio.

The hotel offers exceptional hospitality—staff were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The food overall was truly amazing, and the atmosphere was lovely. However, I was surprised to find that even though breakfast was included in our reservation, we had to pay an extra €8 just to have eggs. On top of that, €35 for a single pizza is excessive by any standard. While the hotel is nice and comfortable, it simply doesn’t justify the high prices. You’re not getting the value you’d expect for what you’re paying.

Stayed two nights here with my husband for our honeymoon and we will definitely be back. It was a beautiful property, amazing and thoughtful staff, and the ferry was a 10 min walk from the hotel. They left a bottle of prosecco in our room for our honeymoon and go above and beyond to help their guests. They booked us a boat tour the day we checked in as soon as I asked about it. They also booked a driver to take us back to the train station during checkout. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious. It is considered fine dining therefore the portions and cost are what you would normally find at any fine dining restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay and they had great options. Overall we loved it. The view and balcony was the reason why I booked this room and it was beyond worth it. Definitely recommend!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We opted for the 1bedroom Apt lake view. It was absolutely stunning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to checkout. Very accommodating - they provided a WhatsApp number for any thing needed, questions etc. with quick responses. The beach front area had cabanas, a bar, loungers. They also provided paddle boards. Would definitely rebook here again for future travels.
