Great hotel in old historical building by lake Como in small village Lezzeno near Bellaggio. Room was comfortable and spacious. Service was excellent, especially by the hostess of the hotel. Breakfast was good too. Parking was near. Nothing more to wish from accommodation. In brief great stay.

The hotel is a little out of the way but our room La Vista was beautiful. Parking is not actually at the hotel just a few metres north of the hotel. There’s a sign on the road saying ‘21’ and the driveway is immediately north of that. Go down and take the first right and park anywhere. Once you have someone show you how to get to reception, it’s easy. We decided the best way to see the lake was by driving to Bellagio and paying for parking for the day then using the boats to look at each village. We had a great time.

Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk.

We recently spent a weekend at this incredible hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Our entire stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. The Room and Hotel: The hotel room we were given was the largest I have ever seen, providing ample space and comfort. The buildings themselves are absolutely fascinating and possess a captivating history that adds so much character to the experience. Service and Atmosphere: The service was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. We were made to feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more special. Final Thoughts: I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality, welcoming, and memorable stay in the Lake Como area. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely, charming, quiet. Our room was beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner a short walk down the path that runs just below the Palazzo leading back up to the street to the nearby Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Helvetia. We watched the sun set on Lake Como, sitting on the private beach owned by the Palazzo and reading until the light was too dim, then looking at the lovely lights around the lake. Breakfast in the courtyard with a custom omelet and variety of selections, all with wonderful service by the family.

Fint boende utanför stadskärnan. Fint hotell men utanför kärnan. Således lite isolerat. Man måste få uppe på huvudgatan för att nå restauranger och affärer. Solterassen ligger 300 m från hotellet och bubbelbadet behöver definitivt hållas renare. Sol och bad möjligheterna har mer att önska. God frukost, trevlig service, fin byggnad och fina rum.

Et fantastisk hotell ved Comosjøen. Et helt fantastisk hotell med mye historie og sjel. Kun 6 rom, alle store og romslige. Vi hadde et rom /leilighet med utsikt til Comosjøen. Utrolig god service gjennom hele oppholdet. Veldig god frokost. Hotellet har tilgang til privat strand. Husk badesko! Hotellet ligger i et rolig område med noen få restauranter. Etter tre dager hadde vi ikke lyst til å dra fra dette fantastiske hotellet.
