"The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average."

BMF Homestay Jacuzzi Villa 2

"It was generally decent, but it was hot because there was no air conditioner in the living room, and since the bedroom had a window, I was disturbed by noise all night. Other than that, it was average with no particular pros or cons. If I had to talk about value for money, I wouldn't say it's good."
