I emailed twice to check on the shuttle details and tell them exactly when we were landing and of course, we waited for the shuttle, but it was at least 25mins late, before we gave up and took a Lyft. No one answered the front desk phone, and the phone number given for the shuttle, doesn’t lead to a person - the line just hangs up. Super frustrating- and the front desk person was unapologetic. Not the best welcome.
