Lyndon House was a beautifully decorated B&B within walking distance of downtown and its numerous restaurants and bars. Our room, which was at the back of the house, was quiet, roomy and comfortable. The B&B was within an easy drive of all the attractions we visited, and we appreciated the parking spots available right behind the house. Breakfasts were tasty.

Not a good experience. No one greeted us at door. Service was ok. Small children were at one point serving courses. Food was just not good. Portions were very small. Pasta entree was served in a soup bowl. Pasta was overcooked and in a broth that was not ‘silky’ as described in menu. Plate was not visually appealing. The chocolate cake desert was very bad. Something was clearly wrong with it - had no chocolate cake flavor and a gummy texture. Honestly we did not understand how the kitchen allowed it to be served. Lastly, the cost to portion size and taste ratio was truly disappointing.

From the minute we walked through the door it was evident that we were in for a quality B&B experience. Anton, the owner, and his team made our stay stress-free. Our room was large and very well appointed with all needed for a good stay. Off street parking was important to us and the back deck and garden was a PLUS. The location provides a great launch point for enjoying the numerous attractions Lexington has to offer!

Absolutely loved this home!! Our room was beautiful and very well kept. I am one who doesn’t sleep well away from home but had a great nights sleep. We loved looking throughout the house at all the beautiful decor. The dining area is very nice. Breakfast was amazing. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed two nights here during a road trip. The home is immaculacy clean and tastfully decorated. Loved having the parking off street. We stayed in the Headley Room, and we were surprised at how large the room was. The bed was very comfortable. Small fridge was handy for storing leftovers and keeping water cold. Anton is a great chef, the breakfasts he prepared for us each morning were delicious. It was also very convenient to have an elevator in the house as my wife has some trouble with stairs and made getting luggage to our room easy. The location is great, just minutes from downtown Lexington and area attractions. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Anton is a phenomenal host, attentive to your needs and exquisite attention to details for comfort. The place is spotless, beautiful and close to many restaurants and amenities. The house lives in the historic district and is so well maintained and kept.
