This place had good reviews but my experience was awful. Let me preface my review by saying we travel - a lot. I don’t expect perfection however, When I arrived (in February 30 degree temps) the heat was completely off in my room and it was freezing! The heater was definitely old. It took until the wee hours before it warmed up my room. And the fan on it was so loud I could hardly sleep. The bathroom linens were dingy. The “accessible “ shower was positioned so far over that you were practically in the corner to get under the water. The plug on the hairdryer fell apart then I unplugged it. Then the fire alarm went off at 6:20 am. When I asked the clerk upon checkout what happened, she said “yeah”. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable. I was very disappointed.

I stayed at the Best Western this past weekend and every time I stay it’s always something with the ceilings they need to be upgraded bad

Very disappointing. Upon arriving into the lobby your are stuck with a strong smell of an air freshener covering up a smell of something. Should of stopped there but proceeded to room that was absolutely filthy. Friends we traveled with room smelt of mold. Toilet was actually sideways. Our room there was no hot water or water pressure. Cob webs and bugs. Water stains on the ceiling, mold in shower a long with hair. Never again.

Shower never hot and no pressure. Halls needed to sweeped. Friendly staff and breakfast excellent.

So clean! Glad I read reviews before booking. Free breakfast and the pool were two additional benefits my kids loved!

The bathroom was very very small. The beautiful tv had very bad color. The people were greenish. The bed was comfortable The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful getting me a hair dryer that worked Breakfast was good The pancake machine was fun to watch

The room we stayed in was handicap excusable on the third floor with signs posted by the elevator “In case of fire use the stairs” how can a person in a wheelchair use stairs? The sink was located behind the door with the doorstop in the middle of the floor where you had to watch and not step on it. The water pressure was the worst at one point in the middle of taking a shower it slowed to a drip. The temperature was not consistent leaving us to take cold showers. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Check in had its issues but once that was addressed it was smooth sailing until my husband went to take a bath last night. Very little water pressure at 10:30pm equals very little water to bathe and soak in. Other than those two issues, nice stay.

The manager was great! Very nice and gave us a great recommendation for hiking at Red River Gorge, it's was amazing! Only problems were the hot water broke, but they had it fixed the next day. The sink was messed up in our bathroom and the tub didn't drain. The quality of food was not good for breakfast, but that's not the cooks fault. The coffee was very good. Overall it sounds like the owners do not keep up with maintenance and buy cheap food, you gotta fix those things to support your staff members! They were great!
