列剋星敦凱悅飯店(Hyatt Regency Lexington)

Check in was for 4. Room was not ready until 5. Beds were not comfortable, nor pillows. The positive was being in adjacent to Rupp for concert.

Amazing place to stay near Rupp. Check in and valet service was very easy.

We first got to our room and it was decently cleaned. However, once we were settled for sleep, we discovered two roaches in our room. We called the lobby, and they allowed us to move rooms. However, the blonde young lady working the front desk was very unhelpful and didn’t apologize at all. We get to our new room, go to sleep, wake up the next morning, and there is another roach in our new room. We once again call to move, and we were treated better by another lady who allowed us to move again. Although this lady was nice, we should not have had to move three times to have a clean room. There were a few staff members who were helpful and nice, but the majority made us feel like it was our fault and were rude.

We stayed after a UK basketball game. We were disappointed that we could not valet park as it was full. We did not have any water pressure for some reason. The hotel is very clean & the staff is very friendly. We will stay here again.

We came to stay because of the property being so convenient to the uk game /Rupp arena next door. We got there @430 to check in. Was told we couldn't, that no rooms were available. Super disappointing because we needed to check in and freshen up before the game @ 6. Was told we would get a courtesy call when room was ready. Never received that call and checked in after game. I had to freshen up in my car and 5 degree weather. There were no apologies. No comps. No explanation.

Rooms were great! Beds comfy! Very convenient to any events at Rupp Arena…just walk through causeway. Had supper and breakfast in restaurant in lobby…food was great! Will stay here again!

Elevators were a bit of a trouble with one being torn up. And we had a plastic cover in the bathroom covering pipes that kept falling off that would make a loud noise.

The staff made our stay very enjoyable. Every staff member in the hotel and restaurant were very willing to help and genuinely wanted all guests to have fun and receive good care. We travel quite often, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. Had a great stay.
