A convenient 3 minute drive and you're in the middle of downtown Lexington. Rupp Arena (1 mi), Kroger Field (1.5 mi), Keeneland (7 mi), Kentucky Horse Park (10 mi), Buffalo Trace Distillery (26 mi). 1GB fiber optic wifi. Lots of things nearby to do. Came to town for a show at Rupp and it was an easy walk to there.
Property is nice. Comfy couch, bed..
Funky selection of coffees for the keurig but not a biggie.

Great location
The location was great. Very close to the Bourbon trail. The place was very clean. The layout was very odd. The bed is very tall and difficult for my wife (5' tall) to climb onto. I needed to place a milk crate on the floor for her to step on.
