Alicia & Kenneth Robert are great manager .They helped lot during our wedding group stay . Breakfast staff are kind & helpful . Only one thing is negative that this big property have luggage cart issue .Otherwise service is good.

in most hotels, one may stay a few days. It would be a common and pleasant experience. However, my stay at the Residence Inn was completely different. I felt like I was more than at home. The room was clean but more than clean. It felt safe and secure. The decor was modern contemporary, and the furniture was arranged symmetrically. Yes, I've stayed here before, but it just felt different. The desk personnel was very pleasant, the gentleman in the breakfast/dining area said 'good morning' each I came to breakfast. The food was well cooked and arrange in such a way to have each item. I admit my first day was a little rocky because I came down still in a sleepy mode but adjusted. Thanks again, if it's the Lord's will, you will see me again.

只預訂了一晚住宿以退房房間。不確定應該期待什麼,但事實證明,儘管其他客人提出了一些負面評論,但還是比預期的要好。已經做了很多改進。好的價格,好的房間。前台服務人員幫忙(抱歉沒有收到她的名字)。謝謝!
