This hotel location made it easy to visit family and friends in Lewisville and Flower Mound. The room was clean, bed comfortable and it was very quite. It also was a great location for connecting to freeway system to visit area interests. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, and very helpful. The room was very nice well kept, and pleasant. I thought the bathroom was nice but had no place to lay your clean clothing while showering. The only place except for the floor was laying on the toilet top. Neither place was an acceptable place for clean clothing. Also, there was no trash can in the bathroom close to toilet area. I also found the sink area too small for personal items that I wanted to keep out for my convenience especially for more than 2 or 3 guest in the room. The Breakfast foods had a variety to choose from. The Hotel was very quiet in and around the hotel.

We got upgraded to a suite due to not having king size room which was okay since we needed microwave but the only issue was the bathroom the shower wasn’t working as the little thing to pull for shower was rusted and hard to pull so we had to use the bucket to take a shower and the toilet tank was not filling up water so we had to remove the top and adjust otherwise our stay was pleasant!

Tyler was so amazing! She was so helpful, and went out of her way to help make my stay pleasant and positive. Tyler is the kind of person every business needs, especially today.
