Nice location. Nice service. Very clean. Enough amenities.

La habitación bien, nada del otro mundo. Todo estuvo bien, lo único es que el área de la piscina hacia mucho calor y era un poco asfixiante. La piscina grande muy fría. El desayuno bien . Atención bien. Esta muy cerca de todo. Hotel tranquilo. A partir de 2 noches te dan pases para dos parques de agua eso estuvo genial la verdad que disfrutamos al máximo.

I stayed three nights. The hotel was nice and clean. Good breakfast. an excellent service I definitely recommend it, they also give you free tickets for Noah’s Ark waterpark. If I go back to Wisconsin Dells, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was a little better then average hotel and the popcorn machine was a nice lobby touch in the evenings the staff was very nice and helpful the morning girl that put out breakfast would go above a beyond to make your stay better okok

The staff was very nice and helped us out with our room situation. Wish we would have booked this from for the beginning of our stay. Loved they had washer/dryer to use. Also, like the fact that they will only clean your room if asked instead of everyday as for us it’s not necessary especially depending on the length of stay.

We go to the Dells summer every year. This time we came to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We picked this hotel because it is a pet friendly hotel. Staff members are all friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean and well kept. I just learned a day before our arrival that our reservations come with day passes at Chula Vista and Noah’s Ark. They served free breakfast, coffee all day, and the hotel pool is open from 6am-11pm. It has a washer and dryer and a gym too! Definitely our favorite hotel now when to go to the Dells.

Everything was good. We typically stay at Hilton/Hampton Inns, but there wasn't availability on the days we wanted to go, so we stayed here. That meant that I compared everything to what we typically encountered at Hilton. There was nothing overly fancy about this hotel, and everything was practical. The only real improvements or suggestions I would make to the hotel are 1) the shower heads in the rooms are awful... they don't cost much, and it would make the stay SO much more comfortable; and 2) breakfast was okay as far as options, but we were one of the first ones down to eat at about 630 am, and the biscuits were so tough that I couldn't cut through them. Also, if I am comparing to Hilton, there were no options for toppings for the waffles (other than syrup),granola for the yogurt, peanut butter for the toast, etc. However, all that being said, I would stay here again if Hilton wasn't available. Service was great. The pool and hot tub area were clean. There's even a smaller shallow kiddie pool/play area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was fresh, clean and comfy. The view off the balcony was beautiful. The pool was WARM and well maintained. Breakfast was better than some hotels. Overall, just a nice pleasant stay. Thank you!

I was double charged for the resort fee and I don't think it was an accident. The front desk charged me a $63 resort fee during checkin for my three night stay. I later discovered the resort charges $21 dollars a day as well for the resort fee. During checkout I asked the front desk about this, and they admitted I was double charged, and said they would return my $63 after a few business days. A few business days later, I found that after they "returned" my money, they charged me $63 dollars again. What's going on here? If anybody wants a general review of the hotel, the front desk people are quite nice and friendly, but unfortunately the billing issue has given me a poor overall impression. Additionally, housekeeping does not clean your room unless you arrange for an appointment. This really should be more visible and transparent, and I didn't know until I asked the front desk about this two nights into my three night stay. Lastly I find the overall policies to be quite unwelcoming. During checking I was greeted with a disclaimer form asking us to sign that the hotel can basically kick any guest out at any time for any reason, as well as threats for all sorts of fines if the room is dirty. There are a few signs in the lobby that I find quite disrespectful, such as "Absolutely no eating" and "Strictly two portions only" that feels condescending and unwelcoming to guests. I will not be staying here again.
