Pulled out the hide a bed and there was popcorn was not cleaned under the couch. Then we get the comforter out to place on the bed and it had stains on it. Gross made me feel uncomfortable. Then went down to breakfast at 7. Breakfast was to start at 6:30 and they closed the doors as they were not ready after waiting 15 minutes looked in and looked like every thing was ready. Asked front desk they went in and then room was opened up immediately. I would say even if you was not 100 percent ready it still could have been opened with what you had ready so people that had schedules could eat and go. That is one reason I picked holiday inn was for their usually exceptional cleanliness and great breakfasts. Not happy I paid so much and did not get what I would have expected for a holiday inn

This hotel provided a nice stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, delicious & generous breakfast. Will stay here again, if in town.

The floor in the room was dirty and sticky. The mattress was a joke. There was an dirty old chair that needed to see the dumpster.

The staff were very friendly. I left something behind and they were nice enough to contact me regarding the item, offering to mail it to my address. They answered right away, when I was able to call back, and I retrieved my belonging before leaving town. It’s the small acts of kindness that go a long way for me.

The pool is down for renovations, but no discount. It already cost over $240 for one night plus a $50 fee for a pet. Astronomical. One night quick stay. Ridiculous.

Accommodations were clean & very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful

Was not informed pool and hot tub was not open before booking facility which was a big reason we booked it

Everything was very clean, everyone was super friendly!

I have stayed here several times. It is nice and clean.
