I would not stay here again! I picked this hotel because it was highly rated. I paid $150/night, so my expectations were set high. Right when we walked in there was an awful smell. The front desk workers looked very tired and stressed out. The chlorine was so strong that my son's back immediately started to break out in hives. The black out curtains were broken, so we had light shinning in each night. The bed was SO HARD! My back and neck hurt so bad, I barley got any sleep during this stay. The A/C never got down to the temp I put it at. My friend who also stayed here, was not impressed with her room either. When I asked for an extra blanket, I got ones with stains and multiple holes. I was shocked. This hotel wants to act updated, but it is not. There was also someone else's hair in the shower. The breakfast was okay at best. My son said the cereal was hard and stale.

Very Clean, staff seems to take pride in their work; they were efficient and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay!

Savannah was amazing. We areived late near the convention center, she catered to our every need even at the late hour, extra pillows, lovely personality.

Better value elsewhere Probably better if you are travelling with your kids soccer team. overrun with kids, noisy, lined up at breakfast like crazy. Overpriced and needs serious upgrading.

The potatoes on the breakfast bar were not very good this time, but everything else about the property was great!

No room service in three days in a row The bed was confortable wirh lot of alace in the room. The clwrk at the entry are very helpeful and kind. The peroannal at the beeakfast bery quick and efficient. The lroblem os on three day the room service never pass in our room to dontje room and put coffee. I even leave tips and never taken. The sign on the door habe towo time the same option dont disturb. So not convenient to have no option to so the room !
