Rainier, it's an ideal base for outdoor adventures. Sleeping Space One Private Bedroom King Size Bed Sleeping Space Two Partially screened off from the bonus room Queen Bed Bonus Room Pool table, Shuffleboard, Darts, Slot Machine, 65” TV, Stone Covered Fireplace and comfortable leather couches. This room is partially screened off from the second sleeping space. Outdoors Expansive, tree covered lot; creek side retreat with private hot tub and firepit. Bicycles, grill, horse shoes and croquet are provided for guest use. Location 45 minutes from Tacoma 65 minutes to SeaTac 10 minutes to year round entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park 5 minutes to restaurants and art galleries of Ashford, WA FAQ: Pet friendly; single story cabin; private and secluded; Other things to note We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog($60). We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs. -Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay. -Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room). -Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts. -While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog. -Dogs must be crated if left unattended. -All excrement must be picked up outside. -Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure. -Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property. Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day. They may not be available outside of these dates. Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount. The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions or skin sensitivities. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you. Infants are counted within the max occupancy of our home and should be registered as children. A ring security camera captures video of the driveway and front porch. It is on and recording 24/7 regardless of occupancy. We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following optional ad-on services. Fees for add on services are listed below and shall be paid directly to owner via Stripe.
