This is an excellent hotel for being close to Brighton yet in the amazing town that Lewes is (trains to Brighton are so frequent and just over a fiver for the return fare)...The hotel was great, especially the cheerful, attentive service that Soukayna provided during breakfast (to everybody, not just my family) :- ) Many Thanks!

After a shocking pre-stay experience in that in the previous week, it was all but impossible to get an answer on the telephone from Premier Inn, our confidence was restored upon arrival where everything worked efficiently. Adequate public paid parking outside. Convenient location in town. Great for all the local attractions. Check in was easy and welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean with adequate liquid soap. Room has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress plus a single bed which can be made up on request. Good facilities such as a hairdryer in front of a dedicated area with mirror and lighting, plenty of plugs and kettle, cups, tea and coffee. The only missing element was a magnified mirror in the bathroom and there is no telephone in the room. We don’t use the breakfast dining facilities The main objection was the high price and we can only believe was hiked as it is Glynebourne week.

We just had a great two night stay with lots of family members for a wedding in Lewes. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and the breakfast was great! Such a good location too and no noise from the street below. Would highly recommend. You do have to move car parks but the staff explain that and it’s no bother.

This is a very efficient clean, quality hotel. Very easy to stay here. We had everything we could possibly need. They even allowed us to take our bikes to our rooms as they were clean. Breakfast was served from 6:30 which was a bonus and was good quality. If you need a no nonsense place to stay then this is it. Ideal if you are passing through like us or working locally
