Staff were really friendly and attentive. The self contained rooms were very comfortable and spacious. There was also enough parking right outside the rooms. It was only a short drive to St Andrews.
They could have been a little warmer and have included a full length mirror. Also had to run the tap for a while to get hot water.

Road side rooms. Very uncomfortable car passing by sounds and vibrations. Could not sleeping at all. Advice not to keep this on sale at your sites.

2nd time we have stayed here, we love it, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable and spotless clean. The rooms are well equipped, tv iron and iron board, hairdryer,tea coffee and coffee machine.
The breakfast choice is fabulous with all good quality produce.
Evening dinner menu is with excellent choices all freshly prepared and delicious.
The hotel is a 15 minute drive away from the center St Andrews and the stunning beach, and the world famous golf course. A perfect location to stay and explore.

I booked a room at this property as we were attending a wedding locally. It is utter nonsense that I couldn’t check in remotely ( this would have meant I didn’t have to leave the wedding for 45 mins and pay £60 in taxi fares). I was advised on contacting the Inn that they required to see ID but when I did go and check in .. they didn’t ask for it!!!… just ridiculous. The room was clean but tiny and definitely not worth the £167 I paid for it. Very disappointed.

Overall hotel is lovely. It’s in a nice location, hotel employees are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble…restaurant is great and the food was lovely….. however…we got very little sleep. There is no soundproofing in the rooms.. you can hear everything and the noise from upstairs was bad with people just walking around and talking in their room. The superior room we booked was ok. Needs updating though. Peeling paint above the shower and the entire wooden floor creaked loudly whenever you walked on it. Not sure the room was worth the cost we paid 😞
