The next day we were walking on the plate, and when we came back, they simply brought together the things of this couple and took them to the home room without talking to them, that is unconceivable, there is no communication with the manager. We are not having a fixed staff at the reception. We anticipate our exit in one day, without knowing whether we would be refunded. But we were. A bad experience and that will not be repeated."
