Hotel bersih , breakfast enak. Lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari jalan utama. Udara karena diposisi atas jadi sejuk dan segar.

Mungkin kalo 5* pertama “based on Location” sangat setuju tapi kalo untuk fasilitas dan pelayanan juga layout ruangan dan Lobby ya masih sama dengan 4* hotel-hotel pada umumnya. Belum bisa dikatakan 5* seacara keseluruhan, bahkan pada saat Check out harus menunggu re-check room yang dijanjikan sekitar 5 menit, bahkan sampai reconfirm setelah 5 menit itu kita yang balik lagi dan menanyakan, dan jawaban receptionist -nya bukan minta maaf bahwa mereka tidak inisiatif karena butuh waktu yang lebih panjang  tapi malah begini “apakah ibu terburu-buru? Kalo sedang terburu-buru tidak apa, silahkan ditinggal. Nanti apabila ada barang tertinggal kami akan telpon.” Halo………, kalau hotel ini dikatakan 5* sih ya “overclaim” menurut saya pribadi.

Awalnya salah klik tanggal booking Agustus (harusnya Juli) tapi memang i was my mistake tidak lihat NON-REFUNDABLE policy. Sudah coba nego dengan pihak E-commerce hotel dan juga dibantu agent trip com untuk dapat refund mengingat tanggal reservasi masih bulan depan, ternyata tetap tidak bisa balik uang saya. Baru pertama ini sih book hotel ada policy non refundable, biasanya yg non refundable itu tiket pesawat dan biasanya hotel bisa di refund kalau gak jadi booking (apalagi saya akhirnya tetap bayar lagi untuk booking bulan Juli). Hati hati ya guys, jgn sampai salah booking di hotel ini.

Hotelnya oke masih baru, kamar bersih. Hanya saja fasilitas terlalu standar untuk sekelas hotel ini, beda dengan yang di Puncak. Dan untuk sarapan juga b aja, variasinya kurang banget. Anak saya sudah kena charge saat breakfast, harga tidak sebanding dengan pilihan menu & rasa yang ada.

“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “ When checkin  ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy  available . While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended . Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes . Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge . Conclusion : Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low . HOTEL BUILDING & FACILITIES APPEARANCE GOOD & LUXURY
