Parking is right next to staircase on this 2nd floor corner unit condo, or use the elevator located just down the hall. Located only 15 minutes from Historic Naples and 5th Avenue. 30 Minutes from Everglade City. Close to many great shore fishing spots to the sportsman as well. Walking distance from Publix Super Market, Starbucks, Fresh Market, McDonalds, Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse and more! Enjoy your own private lanai overlooking the pool and forest preserve. Minutes from Marco Island and beautiful white sandy beaches! Enjoy the outdoor community pool and hot tub, as well as a place to grill out. There are 2 TV's with cable TV (over 125 channels) and high speed internet (WI-FI)

Great condo
This condo was great for our stay. There is an elevator and it's on the end of the building so was quiet. Ate on the lanai every morning. There were a few issues that were taken care of immediately. Great communication!

Mother Daughter Trip
This condo was perfect for us 2 bed/2 bath.
The owner is great, very responsive to any needs. The area is very centrally located and a grocery/restaurant area very close.

Vacation Getaway

Lovely stay
This spacious condo is very clean and the condo complex has a lovely pool. People are quiet and friendly. The master bedroom is large and sits at the back of the condo which makes it quiet. The only issue we had was there was no door to the master bathroom so if you need to use it, you would wake up your spouse. Since there were only 2 of us, we used the other washroom. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and a lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and essentials like toilet paper, kleenex, paper tower and garbage bags were supplied. The host is very communicative, kind and gets back to you if you have any questions. He is absolutely amazing!
