I really wanted to rate this as 4.75 because the architect who designed this hotel put the elevators in odd locations, and the toilets are so low that they belong in an elementary school. But that did not dissuade us from returning. The property is new and nicely appointed. Rooms are large and bright -- delightful! The location is right on 41 -- very handy to Tamiami Trail. The dining menu is limited but OH SO GOOD. We had the turkey club and pepperoni pizza. Really tasty. On our second trip we talked with the chef and told him how much we enjoyed his food. We will return!

This new hotel was a very nice find as we made our way toward a visit to the Everglades! The place is so new, it still smelled like new carpet. It was a very nice and quiet hotel with a beautiful pool area and spacious rooms. It seemed to be in a safe area, and it was within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The bar downstairs just inside from the pool area was nice to have after a day of driving. There was a pond out back behind the pool where we spotted an alligator, so that was a bonus wildlife sighting that we didn’t expect to have when we stopped for the night. Probably not a big deal to Floridians since they see alligators all the time, but for someone who comes from a place that doesn’t have alligators, it was fun to spot one. The hotel staff were all very kind.

I booked a stay here as a backup in the event our original resort in Port Charlotte was impacted by Hurricane Milton (it was). I didn't even know this hotel existed until I found it on the Hilton app. It's a brand new hotel that just opened a month ago. We had a wonderful stay! We like the location as it's the closest hotel to my mom's house. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Viki and Hunter in particular. The room was great, especially the shower. They have a really good breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed the pool as well. They even have a bar, though it wasn't fully operational because it was so new. A couple of minor annoyances: There is no ice machine on the first floor; and the guest laundry requires a lot of quarters and there is no change machine. All in all, this is our new favorite hotel in Naples.

This is an excellent hotel. General Manager Carlos Jimenez worked tirelessly so that my 90 year old mother would be less anxious and stressed while she evacuated from her home for nearly 7 days due to Hurricane Milton. The hotel was clean, the food fresh, and the staff were wonderful. As a Diamond Member I greatly appreciate the lengths that Carlos went to on behalf of my mother.

May I just say this had to be one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed . Breakfast in the morning was great (: Staff members were amazing everyone was helpful, Shelby the manager was very friendly to my wife and daughter. Hampton was a top of the line! We will be BACKK

Stayed here while out of town for work and everything was spotless everyday when I got back, food was great in the mornings and the bar they have had good snacks and beer. Viki at the front desk was great and helped us with all of our needs. Will definitely be staying here again!
