Great location, small but clean room. Breakfast is OK but not great.

Wir waren noch nicht in diesem Hotel, hatten es aber frühzeitig mit unseren Eintrittskarten für das Peter Maffay-konzert zu einem doch günstigen Preis gebucht. Jetzt bekamen wir trotz der am Anfang bekommenen Buchungsbestätigung von Seiten des Hotels, ohne Angabe von Gründen eine Absage. Es ist anzunehmen, das zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung die Preise doch noch sehr günstig waren, und jetzt das Hotel die Preise deutlich angezogen hat. Das empfinden wir als eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Van 29-07-2021 t/m 2-08-2021 ( 4 nachten ) hebben wij op kamer 636 doorgebracht. Nooit zijn er schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uitgevoerd. Zelfs onze prullenbakje werd niet geledigd. En het afval nam bijna zoals u zult begrijpen, buiten proportionele afmetingen aan. De laatste dag zaten wij ook inmiddels zonder toilet papier evenals hand/douchezeep. Deze om nooit te vergeten ervaringen zijn dan kennelijk de hygiëne normen van uw hotel keten. Na uitchecken wilden wij ons pasje inleveren en uiteraard ons bijzonder ongenoegen kenbaar maken. Maar u raadt het al ook daar was niemand aanwezig ook kwam niemand ons te woord staan nadat wij ons gemeld hadden in de ontbijtzaal. Een week na ons bezoek aan uw hotel met bittere ervaring hebben wij een mail gestuurd met een vraag of er soms een door ons eventueel verloren mapje was gevonden. Nou na 3 dagen geen antwoord. Maar weer een herinnering gestuurd . Kregen pas toen een antwoord.

The staff forced us to pay for 5 breakfasts extra when only 3 people ate, the manager turned extremely rude as we were actually asking to book an extra room dans I had to insist to get a invoice, they also made us to pay for 2 extra local tax (compared to the number of people actually sleeping there), which is very expansive compared to most other European countries, since it is 5% of the room price. Some of he floor agents have been absolutely wonderful and nice, some were acting as if it was annoying for them to say hello, or talk to us and be diligent. We were 5 people staying a full week for a professional trip, which was quite expansive, and were treated like we were not welcomed. Unbelievable.

Ticks all the boxes for a budget hotel - clean, quiet (despite the central location) & conveniently located. It's only a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof for trains & trams, with plenty of shops & restaurants near by.

The hotel room was really clean, it had the minimum necessary for a short stay. I am not giving it 5 stars since the shower door didn't close properly so water could be found outside the shower area, and because even though you had to tell in the reception if you wanted your room cleaned because of Covid, they opened my door when I did not request room cleaning.

Ein Ibis budget eben, die Zimmer sind ja überall gleich. Es ist okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage macht's. Am Bahnhof und trotzdem war es in meinem Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist gut für die Preisklasse des Hotels. Die Rezeption ist derzeit nicht besetzt. Zum Einchecken oder bei Fragen muss man ins benachbarte Ibis gehen.
