Very nice service and free parking

可愛的工作人員和令人驚嘆的早餐，但住宿條件很基本。房間標準不是三星級，更像是旅遊旅館，床很低，我發現很凹凸不平。 非常乾淨，但我發現一些公共區域有很濃的氣味，類似於療養院。 對於我們去參加的活動來說非常方便，但除非想在萊斯特的這個特定區域，否則可能不會再次入住。

We were given a room facing the Craddock Arms Pub which had a loud and lively music night running. We had to decide between a window open and well ventilated with lots of noise room or window shut for a quiet night but hot and stuffy. At what seemed a low demand time it would be good for them to consider which rooms this might impact

On arrival,Reception was casual. We discovered our initial set of room keys were non functioning. Of the replacement keys, one worked and one had to be replaced. The booking card given on arrival was wrong, showing a one night stay rather than two but as there was no access to their booking records, the receptionist could not deal with it that night. Apologies were lacking each time we returned to update our keys; in all we had 4 key replacements. We felt the attitude shown at Reception was quite casual despite the inconvenience to us. Bed not made after the first night, simply the cover drawn over an unmade bed and several tissues left on the mattress, in other words, not attention to detail. Breakfasts were obviously left out on the hot plates for too long so eggs, bacon and sausages were warm not hot. No hot milk for coffee We had stayed at College Court approximately 5 years ago, staff were helpful, hot food was available at breakfast and our room was properly cleaned and made up as expected. This time round the whole feeling was of a facility gradually fading away. It was certainly understaffed. We think that what we got was not up to the market value of a a budget hotel where cleanliness, food and other services are more keenly pursued. We had booked through ******* because access to the College Court site was not user friendly and it took over 24hrs to even get a response to our original booking request. We will not be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay at the College Court Hotel. The grounds are nice and it has ample parking. The room we stayed in (308) was on the third floor with a view onto the external courtyard. The room was alittle small (which we knew when booking) but was more than adequate for a night away. It was clean and tidy and the bathroom looked almost new. If we were being picky we had 2 minor issues which were that it was alittle too hot in the room (the radiators were off also) and the carpet was alittle tired in spots but other than that we were very pleased and we would recommend.

We were most impressed with our one nights stay at College Court. The check in was easy and staff very friendly and efficient. Our double room was clean and well stocked with tea, coffee etc. Ensuite was clean and spacious with everything you need including huge soft towels and lovely toiletries. The only downside for us was the bed was a little small (standard double) as we are both taller than average, but apart from that we couldn't fault it. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice for everybody. Again the staff were friendly and efficient. Would have no second thoughts about returning if we need to stay in the area again.

Comfortable and reasonably priced. Check in was straightforward. Breakfast was self-service cooked and cereal etc. The only drawbacks were that the rooms were very hot and the staff couldn’t really cope with the numbers at breakfast. They did try but food ran out and so did coffee so there was some waiting around.
