"我們每年都會去利克參加摩托車節，Premier Inn一直是我們的首選。可惜的是，這次的體驗遠不如往年，明年我們可能會選擇其他飯店。飯店網站宣傳所有房間都配備空調，但這似乎並不屬實。我們的房間沒有空調，桌上只有一個落滿灰塵的電風扇。我們向酒店工作人員反映了這個問題，他們告訴我們空調已經壞了一段時間了。我覺得飯店不應該宣傳自己無法提供的設施。房間裡非常熱，我們甚至不能開窗。最讓我們失望的是，餐廳週六晚上竟然關門了。我們大老遠趕來，原本很期待像往年一樣享用套餐。這次飯店告訴我們，餐廳關門是因為冰箱出了問題。我非常肯定這只是個蹩腳的藉口，因為奇怪的是，隔天早上的早餐卻沒有受到影響。雖然早餐看起來很誘人，但我們還是不想冒險。房間現在看起來很老舊，需要好好修繕一下。我們猜測這家酒店可能是即將關閉的，因為似乎缺乏投資或關注。考慮到我們支付的價格，沒有空調、沒有餐廳或酒吧，房間又舊又破，令人失望。我們一直都很期待在利克的住宿，真是太可惜了。我真希望我們當時能參考一下最近的評論，選擇住別的飯店。"

"Booked to stay in Leek for a nearby wedding !!! Stayed at the Silk House hotel Nicholas and Julie were fantastic hosts , they couldn’t do enough for you . The accomadation was very comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee available in the rooms . The weekend we stayed was fantastic weather wise , so managed to spend a bit of time in the garden , enjoying the pleasant surroundings . The bar was extremely well stocked and Nicholas was more than happy to make his own choice of special drinks for his customers ."

"Spacious and well appointed apartment which was plenty big enough for two couples to comfortably share. Ideally located above the co-op so easy access to fresh food and cold drinks. Plenty of free parking around the building. And some good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and toiletries as well as complimentary bottled water in one of the bedrooms. I would stay there again if I was in the area."
