For the price paid... OK. Stopped here several times before and this was the worst experience. The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. The biggest issue, however, was the windows, which didn't shut properly due to a broken seal. This resulted in a significant amount of noise from outside, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by these issues, and I wouldn't recommend Mansio Suites based on my experience if you are seeking a quiet night sleep.

入住體驗非常失望。客服糟糕透了！前台接待員幫我們登記入住的時候還在吃薯片。房間又髒又破！需要翻新一下。玻璃杯很髒，灰塵很多，淋浴門還在漏水。這是我住過的最糟糕的地方。

Absolutely terrible experience and service. Room was filthy, chewing gum left in sink, dirty underwear from previous guests left in bathroom, dust everywhere and rubbish left under sofa. Staff were no help, took days for them to reply / offer a partial refund which we still haven't received and am now having to dispute this with my bank to try and get our money back.

Leeds stopover We had a great stay with so much space and wonderful amenities especially in the kitchen. Was a little hard to find the entrance at first but down the alley there it was. Staff friendly at reception and welcoming.

Stay somewhere else.... Disappointing overall. Even before we arrived I called to enquire about parking. Told to just go to the Q Park and reception would arrange a 25% discount. We were given a code and told to speak to the Q Park. When leaving, we were told that it needed to be an online booking. So that misinformation provided over the phone before check in was totally wrong. Place is tired and dated. Horrible smell of stale cigarettes in the room. Extremely noisy from the main road and apartments above. Definitely not soundproofed. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Im really surprised my the general rating on hotels.conm, very misleading.

又累又髒又吵！接待人員只有在你去辦公室後或下班前才會接待你，所以無法直接向他們反映問題，這是一次不愉快的經歷，他們沒有告訴你事情的經過，而且你自己也經歷了這些。我可以接受公寓的家具有些簡陋，整體來說有些磨損，但我不能接受的是房間明顯不乾淨。一把椅子上放著一雙第三方丟失的襪子（我報告了這件事，但除了一句漫不經心的“請通知客房服務”之外，沒有其他任何清潔工作），淋浴間的縫隙和密封條上長出了黑色的黴菌。房間裡悶熱難耐（約）華氏75度以上，無法透過暖氣控制調節溫度，不過暖氣片有恆溫控制。打開窗戶和窗簾，只露出一條破舊小巷的側面和各種工業用垃圾桶。除了頻繁的車輛通行和隨之而來的噪音外，最讓人頭痛的是每天凌晨4:45左右就會有人清空玻璃瓶垃圾桶，這讓我幾乎沒辦法睡覺。我真應該早點退房，然後申請部分退款。我絕對不會再預訂這間公寓了。

遺憾的是，這是一次令人失望的住宿，我們的房間有點舊而且很髒。在向接待處提出要求時，我們被告知酒店已經開業 8 年了，以此作為房間狀況的藉口，並進一步告訴我們沒有客房服務來更換毛巾/禮服或清潔房間，因為抵達時房間都很髒。酒店還收取 200 英鎊的強制性押金，該押金將在您抵達時從您的帳戶中扣除。令人失望的住宿體驗，感覺賣錯了，2-3 星比 5 星還多。

Apartment was fantastic. Room was noisy.

Good communication. Friendly staff. Excellent room - very comfortable with excellent amenities. The bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous with a great shower and toiletries available. Excellent location - central to the city centre.
