貝里斯飯店(The Bells - Luxury Serviced Apartments)

Went for Valentines in the Hosanna. Underwhelmed, lot of the stuff felt out-dated, outside chill area is next to like an outside drinking area. Needs some up-dating for sure. A nice room but I've stayed in way better for the money, thought we'd be wowed at like £500 a night but neither of us were.

Another incredible stay/event ran at the Bells. This place really is a hidden gem with a special atmosphere created. The customer service as always was second to none. A big thank you to James for being so accommodating and ensuring everything ran smoothly - thank you!

Booked this as a surprise for my partner as a birthday treat. Whilst the main part of the stay was amazing I do feel like there are some things that fell short of a 5 star stay and for the amount of money I paid. We stayed in Lutine, which is stunning. But for £450 for one night I expected more. The outside bath area is very run down. The sofa was mouldy, the candles rotten and rusty, and didn’t work, the bath mat was absolutely saturated and stunk I felt sick walking on it with bare feet, some caps were missing off the jacuzzi jets which made it extremely sharp. There was no bubble bath or anything out there as shown on the pics and you can’t take them out of the bathroom as they’re screwed into the shower. In the bathroom the shower gel pump was broken and you couldn’t get any product out. You don’t even get complimentary bottles of water, they’re chargeable. Everything in the mini bar is chargeable. Having stayed in hotels in this price range before you tend to get more complimentary touches. There is a jar of m&m’s which I didn’t touch as you’ve no idea who else’s hand has been in there previously. Not hygienic. There is no parking, we had to park in a multi story a 5 min walk away for £15 for 24 hours despite there being a completely empty car park next to the building. These small things aside, the hotel building is stunning, everywhere smells amazing, staff friendly. The room has great potential & I feel like with a few touches it could be 5 star, it just fell short unfortunately. It felt a bit worn down & unloved for the price I paid.

We stayed at The Bells jn January 2024 and it was great. The rooms are beautiful and have a lovely warm boutique feel. We were given a warm welcome and a complimentary cheese board. The Pub next door has great food and a good selection of IPA's as well. Would recommend everytime. Worth a visit.

We stayed in Old Tom early January and had a fantastic stay. The apartments have everything you could dream of. So spacious, clean and homely. The facilities in the room are so nice and if you want some quiet downtime I can’t think of anywhere better.

We had a 2 night stay in the little John room which is absolutely lovely inside but the position being smack bang next to reception isn’t great! The reception desk backs onto the back of the bed in the apartment. We could hear every single conversation had in reception I’m sure both ways which I found really impersonal especially when you pay the price you do! The living area is stunning with we loved the projector to watch Netflix there are many added extras available although at a pricey cost. Little gripes for me were there’s no dressing table there’s nowhere you can plug a pair of straighteners and do you hair the long mirror in the bedroom is pointless you can’t see a thing (vintage looking) as lovely as it is it doesn’t serve a purpose. There was a terrible smell that came from the drains every time we had a shower which wasn’t nice, we also didn’t have any shower gel but a half empty bottle of shampoo with the lid off left in the shower tray? I would definitely stay here again but in a different room we got disturbed several times over the wkend with people coming in and out during the night and the reception noise throughout the day was just really off putting for us.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this property it's simply stunning throughout from arrival until departure is just everything you want for a special time. The staff are so kind, happy & welcoming nothing was too much trouble & it was so lovely to be shown to our apartment and around once checked in. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit. Having to leave was the only downside ❤️

Second time staying at The Bells, this time with my husband and in the Liberty apartment for 2 nights. Boy, what a great place to stay! We loved it! Everything we could possibly want, the apartment was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the sofa was huge! We loved how private the hot tub was, and I course the overall ambience of the place. All of the Bells staff we met were professional, friendly, and really helpful. I love Leeds, and I love The Bells and will be happily saving up for another visit in 2024!!! 10/10 AGAIN!!!

I stay at many hotels/apartments through work and was blown away at the level of excellence By The Bells. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were really friendly, even delivering my meal when arrived from a local restaurant. Highly recommend
