Accueil non courtois. Porte sale, poussière collée le long des murs. Salle de bain défraîchie. Toit patché. Peinture datant d’un autre siècle. Draps tachés. On entend le voisin comme s’il était avec nous.

C'est simple, le plancher était sale, il y avait des poils/cheveux partout, il y avait des vomissures dans le matelas au niveau de la tete du lit. Disons qu’avoir eu le temps , j’aurais contester le prix/séjour. Ce n'est pas parce que les animaux sont admis que nous devons accepter des chambres aussi peu convenable.

Cockroaches were crawling around, and the owner is very disrespectful and likes to yell at people. My daughter got blood on the sheets and he told me Ihad to leave after day one. Yet I had paid for two. He also refused to give me a refund for the second day. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn because of his lack of understanding and his yelling at me when I showed upat my room that he deactivated my key too.

Place was terrible. Tried to get my money back, and they refused. I will never stay here and I would advise everyone to do the same.

Room was filthy with dust and debris under the bed and heater. Black mold in tub and shower. The heater emitted an order that gave us headaches and sore throats, we had to turn it off, even though the outside temperature was 30 degrees. Should have taken photos.

Didn't like anything about my stay here! Old way outdated mattress made for a terrible sleep. Not to mention the mattress had remaining of bed bugs all over the mattress. Roaches in the room and walls that you can clearly hear through! Had to go buy alcohol to spray bed and whole room for possible bedbugss! No happy!

The staff was horrible, very unprofessional. Refused to allow me to check in for my reservation because I had two children with me (ages 1 & 3) overall was just not impressed with the place.

The place is Filthy and has very strong smell of mold.
And the coffee they use smells like dirt. you don't even smell coffee.
The customer service is not friendly at all
