Easy to find. Good instructions. Easy entry and parking in Lodgepole suite. Heat and lights on....thanks! Basic decor and furniture but we were there for the nature and environment, which was magnificent. With the coffeemaker, microwave, minifridge, mini-sink, and some creativity and a cooler we did just fine for food. Bed comfy, walk in shower nice, heated bathroom floors really a treat. Breakfasts were delicious...a little earlier option might be nice but hey it's a vacation. We really enjoyed Nason Ridge trail for a vigorous XC ski outing (~ 1500' gain; with spouse at the mellower golf/ski resort option, same Sno-Park) and the Icicle Creek road-end area (no Sno-Park permit required, beautiful logging road style flat XC skiing). Dead quiet, fresh snow falling, beautiful grounds...fit the bill perfectly for us for a quick getaway from the big city.

We went for a wedding and the staff was rude from the beginning. You can not check in until 4pm. We arrived 10 minutes early because my significant other was in the bridal party and the rehearsal was at 4 followed by dinner at 5. We asked to park since near our room. The younger guy said no we had to park in the field for all guest. When I traded to explain we are staying at the ranch. His tone was rude and he rolled his eyes at me. The rest of our weekend was like that. And our shower in our room, did not have hot water. It seemed like it was broken. We got cold showers. I would not have our wedding there nor stay there again.

Place was very cute. Great location. Great amenities. Could use a good deep clean, coffee condiments were expired. Gave cups and napkins but no plates or silverware, very confusing. Breakfast was tasty!

Loved the picturesque of the area. The jacuzzi tub was amazing, it was roomy with greath depth!

The property itself and inside the cabin was beautiful! Self check-in made it so easy and the staff was quick to reply to my messages!

Booked this property as a special birthday treat for my girlfriend’s birthday. When we arrived on the correct date, at the posted check in time we found it utterly devoid of human life. We tried to call but only reached an answering machine. As it was booked through ******* we tried to contact them only to have the rep shrug his shoulders and give a “sucks to be you reply.
