Welcome to our humble 1980's SECOND FLOOR CONDO, in a complex of four unit buildings, has all the basic appliances and equipment in the kitchen for a comfortable stay with a cabin like atmosphere. Bathrooms are stocked with tissue, hand soap and towels. Bedrooms have a soft queen beds with four pillows each, no other sleeping options available.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 13-17.Children 3 and older.About customRules:Quiet time is 10pm to 8am in this residential community.Please make sure dishes are cleaned or in running dishwasher prior to check out time.,One covered parking spot for B3 guests, additional cars can be parked along fenced border of complex or on Alpine Pl.
