If possible you should try and separate single folks from families… the family next door and upstairs were extremely noisy.. I understand.. I work with children all week.. but I was here for business and needed a little bit more quiet

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Elkins for one night. We were very happy with the staff and the cleanliness. Definitely would stay here again.

The door keys would not work. The front desk staff had to come up twice with different keys and even then we had to swipe/insert the keys multiple times to get into the room

Very nice hotel; however, they need to update their door swipes. Took me 3 cards and several tries everytime.

We really looked forward to using the pool & spa. The pool was closed & drained. We should have been told!

Booked for the night specifically to use the pool for our kids and it was shut down. We had to leave and book a new room at the Hampton. Same price and much nicer! Only got an apology but no refund.
