Parking at the house. Shop 650 m, supermarket, restaurant, café, bus stop 50 m, railway station "La Garde" 2 km, sandy beach "des Bonnettes" 800 m, swimming bay 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km. Hiking paths: Espace nature 1.8 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Hyères sur le Port, 15 km. Main road close by. 3-room apartment 70 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious and bright, beautiful furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace 15 m2. The apartment was clean and all the necessary equipment was available. The bathroom has a nice spacious shower, the toilet is in a separate room. A few minor points of criticism remain. The kitchen equipment could do with an update. It's a hodgepodge of d
