在飯店自己的網站上，提供的服務清單下有「安全停車」。這家旅館不提供任何停車位，附近的路邊停車位幾乎不存在。碼頭附近有一個不安全的露天停車場，或者幾條街外有一個非常昂貴的多層停車場。當我聯繫飯店預訂停車位時我發現了這一點，因為我的夥伴行動不便。當我指出他們自己的網站上說有停車場時，我被告知抱歉，訊息是錯誤的，附近有很多付費停車場。儘管他們自己的網站具有誤導性，但我無法取消或修改我的預訂。當我們到達時，我們要求的連通房被鎖了，我們必須讓接待處解鎖它們，但沒有設施讓我們再次鎖上那扇門，所以兩個房間都沒有隱私。房間本身非常乾淨、非常舒適且維護得很好。隔天早上的早餐簡直就是一場鬧劇。廚房經理顯然不知道有多少人吃早餐，所以當我們到達時，他們正在匆忙地尋找足夠的盤子、優格和烘焙產品。我們吃到的是軟軟的、幾乎沒有加熱的羊角麵包和未完全煮熟的半烤法國麵包。整個經歷中唯一值得彌補的因素是接待處的那位紳士（2024 年 1 月 14 日早上），他非常有禮貌、友好且樂於助人。

Hotel tout nouveau sur le havre et vraiment super beau rien à redire allez y les yeux fermer

為了去象鼻山定的，就在火車站和巴士站的對麪，就是對麪。零距離。酒店調料不錯，房間挺大，風景挺好，早餐也好。酒店另一側對麪是一個購物中心。有吃飯和購物的地方，推薦。

酒店設施好，服務周到。新換的牀墊很舒服，各種做飯餐具廚具齊全，今後要是再去還住這個酒店，給個大大的👍。

Kyriad (Le Birgit) – Leger Holidays This hotel should not be operating! It was dreadful! Leger Holidays booked this Kyriad hotel for our tour group. The rooms were extremely basic, part chipboard furnishings and views were either a large building site, with a railway track one side or a very busy and noisy square with a 24-hour McDonalds. Two of our group found a cockroach on their bed! Other rooms our party had were dirty. The towels were old and paper thin. The so-called bar was virtually not existent Restaurant: there were not enough chairs or tables for everyone to sit down and the bar only open 7pm-9pm Breakfast – continental only – not great. The Kyriad Le Havre hotel advertised it had tea and coffee facilities in the room with a kettle and milk. - There was nothing in any of the rooms! It also stated it had hairdryers – but some did not. Upon complaining we were told that they Not Kyriad anymore”! Kyriad sold the hotel a month ago – the new hotel being Le Birgit! Le Birgit was being refurbished and resembled a building site - there were even wires coming down from the ceiling by the one lift as well as more building materials by the reception and at one end of the restaurant. Surely, this hotel must have more than one or two health and safety issues. The lift had seen better days and it was ‘hit or miss’ if the button for the ground floor worked, Leger Holidays should have done better and thoroughly checked out this hotel beforehand!.

Sorry but I found the staff rude and constantly behind the bar on their phones and chatting. It took three of them to bring out three plates of meat/ cheese. Never got acknowledged with a “good morning” or any conversation apart from demanding to know if I was staying at the hotel, I had to show my room card to proof it. The male receptionist who book us in was really very good and polite.

Quartier peu rassurant, nous étions ravis d'avoir prévu le parking payant proposé par l'hôtel. La chambre que nous avons eue n'était franchement pas terrible : un maximum de meubles dans un minimum d'espace pour pouvoir dire qu'il y a en effet un bureau, un lit, une table... mais il est impossible de faire le tour du lit. Ceci explique peut-être le faible niveau de propreté... Taches sur la moquette et les chaises, bout de pain et j'en passe. Le matériel mis à disposition dans la kitchenette n'a pas été changé depuis le siècle dernier ! La porte de la douche ne coulisse pas correctement (cela mériterait de la remettre sérieusement en état avant qu'elle ne soit plus du tout utilisable). La salle de bain est jonchée de poils et cheveux, la balayette des WC baigne dans un jus orange, bref pas très hygiénique tout ça mais on applique bien les consignes sanitaires !!! Heureusement que le personnel est agréable, accueillant et souriant ! Malgré ce seul point positif, nous ne sommes pas prêts d'y remettre les pieds.

We ordered our family room more than 6 month in advance, asking to get an high floor. A month before our arival I had called the hotel and was confirmed tha for this long stay we would recive an high floor. On our arrival we have recieved room #110 on the first floor. The hotel was reluctant to fulfill our wish. The room was preatty dirty. Its big terrave had not been cleaned for many month and during our stay. All its furnitures were full with old bird droppings. There was a drainage problem at the sink. The rooms aircondition system hardly works. There were no glasses for toothbrushs at the bath. The room is not being arranged if you dont ask it. The breakfast is mediocre. Excellent pastries and bread, narrow variety of other food, awful coffee from the machine. On the positive side I would like to mention good wi fi and a lot of free parking along the promenade
