Un bonheur !
Accueil bienveillant de la propriétaire. L'appartement est très bien situé et super équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour extra ! Couple avec 3 enfants de 13, 10 et 7 ans, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte ! Une grande plaine de jeux à proximité, un skate park et terrain de basket à 2 pas, les enfants pouvaient s'y rendre seuls. Les commerçants et les habitants sont charmants et sympathiques. Je recommande vivement la ville et ce logement !

Emplacement parfait, appartement conforme à l’annonce et aux attentes, accueil chaleureux.
Avons passé un excellent séjour au Crotoy avec notre petite fille. Il y a bcp de possibilités pour bien occupé un enfant de 4 ans

Très agréable séjour
Appartement agréable, bien situé, vue magnifique. Propriétaire très arrangeante pour l'arrivée et le départ. Belles randonnées à faire au Crotoy, à Saint-Valéry.

Die Vermieterin hält sich nicht an vertragliche Inhalte
Schon nach 5 Minuten überraschte uns die Vermieterin mit folgenden Aussagen: "the TV has no sound" und kurz danach "no Wifi". Als ich ihr erklärte, dass das nicht in Ordnung sei sagte sie ohne jede Empfindung "you can look for another flat", welch Arroganz. Ich erklärte ihr dann, dass wir uns an unsere vertraglichen Vereinbarungen gehalten haben und sie das bitteschön auch zu tun habe. Daraufhin wurde sie ärgerlich, nahm ihr Smartphone und rief den Provider für das Wifi an. Erst sollte der Techniker in einer Woche kommen um das Problem zu beheben. Damit war ich nicht einverstanden. Danach telefonierte sie nochmal und sagte dann einen Techniker "in ein paar Tagen zu". Damit war ich wieder nicht einverstanden und auf einmal sagte sie zu, in einer Stunde wiederzukommen und dann würde das Wifi funktionieren. Sie kam tatsächlich nach einer Stunde wieder und brachte einen LTE-Router mit. Mit meiner Hilfe funktionierte dann das Gerät und wir hatten Wifi. Uns kam es so vor, dass ihr die Probleme durchaus bekannt waren und sie kein Interesse daran hatte, die Probleme VOR unserer Anreise zu lösen. Dass wir beim zufälligen verrücken des Sofas von der Wand darunter den Schmutz von Wochen/Monaten entdeckten geriet dann zur Nebensache. Fragt sich nur, ob die auch von uns gebuchte Endreinigung dann den Namen überhaupt verdient. Außerdem geht in einem der Schlafzimmer die Deckenleute (wo war die überhaupt) nicht an - usw, usw! Die Wohnung ist leider insgesamt schon ziemlich abgewohnt!

Het appartement was perfect in orde en de gastvrouw een lieve, vriendelijke dame waarmee het makkelijk was afspraken te maken over verblijf en vertrek.
Het zicht op de baai was bij momenten betoverend. Eten op terras met dat uitzicht... wow...

Une vue de reve !
Certes le beau temps a favorise notre sejour... mais vraiment un appartement tres bien concu avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de somme et sur les couchers de soleil... la proprietaire tres sympathique, disponible et tres simple ! Bref un sejour de reve sans oublier l'environnement : parc du marquenterre’ les phoques’ etc. Bref tout pour un bon sejour

The entrance to the building is secured by a code. Access to the first floor is via a wide staircase.
The apartment has a surface area of 53 m2 and benefits from through light.
The entrance leads to 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (140 and 160), a bathroom with bathtub until November 30th. Then the bathroom will be completely redone and the bathtub will be replaced by a shower, (dryer hair, dryer), separate toilet.
The fitted kitchen (large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob, coffee maker, extractor hood ...) is open to the dining area and living room (TV, radio, DVD player)
The living room includes 2 convertible sofas (120) (ideal for children) and a coffee table.
All beds are fitted with quality duvets and pillows.
Many closets are available for storage.
Manual adjustment of electric heating.
The outdoor terrace is covered, it has a table and chairs to enjoy the sunset over the bay. For your comfort and to guarantee a better insulation we installed a second sliding window door between the terrace and the living room.
We provide you with: the garage (for city cars) in the courtyard of the residence, as well as a space in the common bicycle room.
On request when booking, you can have a travel cot and a high chair.
Located facing the sea and Cap du Hourdel, along the promenade or on the cycle path.
2 minutes walk from the large children's playground (slides, swings, spider web ...), rubber bands, inflatable structure, chip shop, ice cream parlor, Rosalie.
2 minutes walk from a beach access equipped with a shower.
5 minutes walk from the tourist office.
10 minutes walk from the city center.
