Love premier Inn but the Beafeater next door was terrible. Prawns were like lumps of rubber, salmon was drier than a slice of carpet. Starter prawn cocktail consisted of a tiny slice of brown salmon and two prawns. There was 1/8 teaspoon of sauce. The main which was prawn and veg skewer had 3 rubber like prawns. Calamari starter was also burned to a crisp. Breakfast next day was forgettable.

Lovely room, comfortable bed but shocked at no shower Bath with hand held shower head, no curtain no screen Would not have booked if we had known Chair in room wobbly legged Everything very clean though No hand towel or bath mat Hotel needs a bit of tlc all over Halls staircase etc seems rather grubby with hand marks chipped paint etc.

Recently booked the Inn at the last minute as visiting Wellington for a birthday celebration within walking distance from it. Great little find! Plenty of parking space was a good start. Staff were brilliant, I had forgotten my phone charger, so without hesitation they helped with charging my phone! The room was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed! There was a continental breakfast hamper offering a good selection, with fresh milk, water and orange juice in the mini fridge. Within the Inn there’s a restaurant (which we didn’t eat at, as food was provided for our evening) newly renovated and run by a friendly husband and wife team. Menu looked great, would definitely eat there for a next visit. My top marks go to Will, the owner of the Inn…my husband left his suit hanging in the wardrobe. We realised this when travelling back home to Dorset. On calling Will, he said ‘I’ve already emailed you asking how you would like us to return it to you’!! All in all, a brilliant, friendly service from start to finish. I would definitely stay again and recommend…
